Letter from New Executive Director – Angie New

Hello Everyone:

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for all the well wishes on my new position as Executive Director. It is hard to believe that I began my professional journey with The Center for Autism Education when the agency opened their doors in 2002.  The last 13 years has been such a learning experience for me personally and professionally. I am privileged to have worked with so many amazing families, colleagues, school districts and agencies and I am excited to work with many more!

As the Executive Director, I am committed to serve the agency to the best of my ability.  I will assure that every individual and family served receives the highest quality of services for individuals to reach their fullest potential.  I will strive to maintain an optimum work environment for all employees and continue to work within the community to provide the best of services.

As many of you know, my former position was the Director of our Adult Day Services Program.  I am happy to announce that Keegan Callow has been promoted to the position of the Day Services Coordinator.  Keegan has been such an asset to the day program and his leadership skills will continue to successfully grow the program.  Keegan and Erin Ransom will continue with their current caseloads and ensure quality of services for each adult.

Thank you all again for the warm welcome! I am eager to start this new endeavor and challenge.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions, comments or concerns at angie@staging.teachautism.org or at the office at 636-978-7785.

Sincerely,

Angie New

Executive Director
