The Adult Day Program builds independence in daily living. Each week, participants practice real-world skills through structured activities that boost confidence and strengthen daily routines.

Behavior Support Services apply the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to provide individualized support. A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst develops and monitors each participant’s Person Centered Support Plan (PCSP), designed to reduce problem behaviors, promote positive behaviors, and encourage lasting independence.

Yes. The Adult Day Program gives enrolled consumers access to community outings and volunteer opportunities. Each activity matches the individual’s skills, confidence level, and personal interests to encourage growth and independence.

Yes. Enrolled consumers in the Adult Day Program actively work on independent living skills. Our team provides structured support and therapies that build confidence, strengthen daily routines, and prepare participants for greater independence.

Yes. Consumers enrolled in the Adult Day Program who have a Person Centered Support Plan (PCSP) that outlines therapy services can receive them. A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst designs and monitors each plan to reduce problem behaviors, strengthen positive behaviors, and promote independence.

A Person Centered Support Plan (PCSP), formerly called an Individualized Support Plan (ISP), details each participant’s goals, services, and supports. At CAE, the PCSP guides all services to ensure personalization and independence.

Adults participate in group settings with staff support. One-on-one staffing is available if it is written into the participant’s PCSP.
